Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Policy

1. Strict Age Requirement (18+ Adults Only)

WT Chat is designed exclusively for consenting adults aged 18 years or older. We strictly prohibit registration, profile creation, or usage of our platform by minors under any circumstances.

• Users must declare that they are at least 18 years old during registration.
• Accounts identified as belonging to or operated by minors will be immediately terminated and blocked.
• Any attempt by an adult to seek, solicit, or communicate with minors is treated as a severe criminal hazard and reported immediately.

2. Prohibited Conduct Regarding Minors

Under this policy, the following activities are strictly forbidden on WT Chat:

• Creation, Upload, Possession, or Distribution of CSAM: Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor or simulated minor representations.
• Child Grooming & Solicitation: Any communication intended to establish a relationship with a minor for sexual exploitation, meeting facilitation, or inappropriate exchanges.
• Sextortion & Coercion: Threatening to expose private media or demanding illicit material from any individual.
• Commercial Exploitation: Facilitating or advertising child trafficking, underage escort services, or commercial sexual services involving minors.

3. Proactive Detection, Moderation & AI Screening

We combine advanced technological safeguards with 24/7 human review to combat CSAE:

• Automated Media Screening: Profile images and shared media are processed through automated perceptual hashing and content moderation classifiers to detect and block illicit content before dissemination.
• Text & Pattern Keyword Analysis: Real-time filtering mechanisms monitor for predatory patterns, illicit keywords, and suspicious solicitation attempts.
• Dedicated 24/7 Moderation Team: Flagged content and urgent user reports are inspected by human safety moderators within 24 hours.

4. User Reporting Tools & In-App Actions

We provide immediate reporting mechanisms within every part of WT Chat:

• Report User / Report Message: Accessible via the menu icon on any user profile or chat thread. Selecting the "Child Safety / Inappropriate Content" reason immediately routes the incident to our prioritized high-urgency moderation queue.
• Instant Block: Users can instantly block abusive actors to terminate all communication immediately.
• Dedicated Email Hotline: Reports can also be sent directly to our Safety Office at feedback.itamazons@gmail.com.

5. Mandatory Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting

In accordance with global child protection laws (including the U.S. Federal requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and relevant regional legislation):

• CyberTipline Reports: WT Chat reports all detected or verified instances of CSAM/CSAE directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement agencies.
• Account & Device Blacklisting: Violating accounts are permanently banned, associated device IDs and IP hashes are blacklisted, and all active sessions are revoked immediately.
• Evidence Preservation: Pertinent digital evidence, including timestamps, registration IPs, device signatures, and media hashes, is securely preserved to assist law enforcement investigations and criminal prosecution.

6. Google Play Policy Compliance

This Child Safety & CSAE Policy strictly aligns with Google Play's Developer Program Policies regarding Child Safety, Social Applications, and User-Generated Content (UGC). We continually update our safeguards and cooperate with international regulatory bodies.
