1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WT Chat (operated by Appens Technologies). By downloading, creating an account, or using the WT Chat mobile application and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, create a profile, or use WT Chat. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have full legal authority to enter into this binding contract.
• You have never been convicted of a sexual offense or any violent crime.
• You have not been previously banned or removed from WT Chat for violating community guidelines.

3. Community Code of Conduct & Prohibited Content

WT Chat fosters a safe, polite, and inclusive atmosphere. You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or share any content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, vulgar, or promotes illegal acts.
• Involves any form of harassment, hate speech, stalking, intimidation, bullying, or defamation.
• Promotes discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Contains viruses, malware, bot automation, scraping scripts, or attempts to disrupt system integrity.
• Includes unauthorized advertisements, pyramid schemes, scams, or commercial solicitations.
• Depicts, facilitates, or encourages Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE / CSAM). Any violation leads to immediate termination and mandatory law enforcement reporting.

4. User-Generated Content & In-App Moderation

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and voice data you post. However, by posting content to WT Chat, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide app services.

5. VIP Subscriptions & Billing Terms

WT Chat offers optional premium features via VIP Subscriptions (e.g., 1 Week, 1 Month, and 3 Months VIP Access).

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the expiration date.
• Billing: Payments are processed directly through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account upon purchase confirmation.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's Store Account Settings (Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions). Canceling stops future billing while allowing VIP access through the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled exclusively by Google Play or Apple in accordance with their respective refund policies.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or pose a safety risk to other users.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

WT Chat is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall Appens Technologies or WT Chat be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or interactions with other users.
